What skills and abilities are important for us:

• Higher education (preferably economics / marketing);
• Work experience in a similar position at least 2 years;
• Ability to analyze the situation in the outlet, build a plan to improve the quality of merchandising and coordinate actions to implement such a plan;
• Understanding the complexity and importance of merchandising;
• Skills of introducing a system for improving the quality of merchandising;
• Ability to successfully manage projects;
• Knowledge of office programs Excel, Power Point;
• The presence of a personal car and driving experience of 2 years or more is required;
• Readiness for regular business trips across Ukraine (2-3 weeks per month);
• Communication skills, stress resistance, logical thinking, punctuality, accuracy in working with data, optimistic attitude, ability to work in a team.

What tasks will you face:

• Development and implementation of a control system and ensuring high quality merchandising;
• Development of merchandising standards;
• Monitoring the situation in retail: prices, promotions, equipment, etc .;
• Reporting on the results of checks;
• Development of an action plan to improve the quality of merchandising on the basis of stakes, ensuring its implementation;
• Maintaining a customer base with trade equipment;
• Analysis of sales of TOP outlets;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of the use of commercial equipment and the formation of proposals for its improvement.
